Taking the place of thousands of dollars’ worth of gym equipment, the specially designed Us2 Duo, partnered strength training equipment will allow you and your partner to perform your exercises together with one providing the resistance for the other. Both of you get a workout at the same time, and a friendly training partnership to inspire each other!

The Duo bar replaces all dumbbells and barbells. It is lightweight, with an aluminium bar at its core and specially designed, easy to grip rolling handles.

The Duo cables replace all the gym equipment that would be used for upper body exercises in a gym. With tough nylon cables and easy to grip handles the exercises couldn’t be simpler.

The comfortable Duo leg wrap, and cable replaces many machines in a gym used for lower body exercises.
